DESIGNING FOR THE EVERYDAY

DESIGNING FOR THE EVERYDAY

COURSE B1.4

I followed the course Designing for the Everyday for eight weeks, where I had to design a coffee grinder together with my group in which we had to change the interaction every week. By using creative brainstorming techniques, new steps were taken every week for better interaction. I learned a lot about the interaction and the reasons behind certain decisions by looking critically at this interaction between user and product. Moreover, I have improved and learned these skills to give and receive design criticism for the best end result through the many prototypes and peer reviews.

Below you can find the different iterations of the coffee grinder, from new to old.
